Start with a stocked kitchen or a private dinner at the house. I’ll help with the arrangements so you can spend more of your stay with the people you came with.

Arrive to a Stocked Kitchen

Your groceries picked up, delivered, and put away before you arrive. $25 for one Walmart order; groceries purchased separately.

Ask Ramon to confirm an available pickup window at least 48 hours before arrival.
Order and pay on Walmart.com from the Barceloneta Supercenter (ZIP 00617), using the confirmed window.
Add Juan as the pickup person using the details Ramon provides, then send your order confirmation and pickup details.
Juan collects your order and puts everything away at the house on arrival day.

The $25 service fee covers one order. Walmart handles substitutions, unavailable items, and refunds.

Private Chef Experience

Enjoy a special meal prepared at the villa for you and your group. Menus can be tailored around the occasion and your dietary needs.

A birthday dinner, a special evening, or simply a night around the table together. Tell me your preferred date, group size, and any dietary needs.

Pricing is quoted for your menu and group. I’ll confirm the chef’s availability, what’s included, and the full price before you decide. Ideally, ask two weeks ahead.

To arrange a private chef, just reply to your reservation message.

Surf or Boogie-Board Lessons

We can help arrange a local instructor so your group can fully engage with the beach behind the house. Beginners are welcome, and scheduling depends on instructor availability and conditions.

Rooftop Crab Shack Feast

Locally sourced crab, available when the crabs are in season and served family-style at the villa. The first guests we arranged it for called it “so worth it” in their Google review.

Coconut & Tropical Fruit Delivery

Start your morning with fresh-cut coconuts, seasonal tropical fruits, and chilled coconut custard delivered right to the villa. Pure island living.

Rooftop or Private-Balcony Massage

Relax with an in-villa massage surrounded by the tropical breeze. Rooftop, private-balcony, couples, and group sessions may be available.
